WIVENHOE’S HONG KONG CONNECTION The Chairman of the Nottage Maritime Institute (see link) is Iain Ward, who, before he settled in Wivenhoe, spent many years in the Hong Kong Marine Police. This
organisation, which still employs people from many parts of the world, is
one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated patrol fleets. It has
