August 2006 - An update about Angie
Diggens
Angie continues to attract media attention. She has just been interviewed by Liz Mullins from BBC ESSEX and occasionally finds
herself the subject of an article in a magazine. All good stuff for a girl who has ambitions to get to the West End stage.
Angie is going to be featured in an article in Young Performers magazine in November. The editor chatted to her about directing, producing and choreographing her own shows and asked for her advice and tips etc for young performers wanting to start out with the stage.
Angie is also going to have a singing album out by Brevan Records in November. The promotion starts 7th October. Look out for details.
It will be available in Virgin Record shops. Angie intends coming off the organ circuit after Christmas to concentrate on her voice next year.
Angie is not altogether certain what she is going to be doing during 2007, but it does include plans for another show at the West Cliff Theatre in Clacton. If she does this, it will be very different from her very successful show earlier this summer. She will soon be writing her own script for the new show. She is hoping for a theatre tour
next year with someone she met a short while ago. This will help her knowledge and experience
to help her plan her new show.
