LOCAL MOTION: a free arts festival in Wivenhoe, in association with the Engine Shed Project

The team organising the free Local Motion art festival in Wivenhoe in connection with the Engine Shed Project, with Arts activities in the British Legion Hall and St John Ambulance Hall. 

In blue, Julia Usher, the driving force behind Arts Action East and Creative Director for Local Motion.
