|Wivenhoe Woods. |
It is an offence to remove wood from the Colne Local Nature Reserve "Wivenhoe Woods" for any reason. As part of the management of the reserve a quantity of dead wood is left on site as habitat.
Theft of wood is an issue that is taken very seriously. If anyone sees anything that they wish to report please call the Countryside Team on 01206 853588. Please note that camp fires in the woods should be reported to Essex Fire Service.
