Access to Town Council offices (1st floor) for people with disabilities. If in you are in a wheelchair, there is an intercom in the wall on the left hand side of the front doors for you to contact the staff who will be pleased to come down and see you. Or if unable to manage the stairs, for help, there is a bell in the Lobby to call someone downstairs.
