16th May 2005 - Town Council elects Cllr Tom Roberts as new Mayor

At its Annual Meeting on 16th May, the Councillors elected Cllr Tom Roberts to succeed Cllr Peter Hill as Town Mayor and Chairman of the Council for the year 2005/06 and Cllr Penny Kraft to be Deputy Mayor.
