News about Holli Dillon
June 08 - Earlier in 2008, Holli
won a place as a finalist in the MISS TOP MODEL UK competition which is the PREMIER 'Live' NATIONWIDE Model Search event in the UK, seeking out the very best new model talent that the United Kingdom has to offer.
She made it to the Grand Finals with 28 contestants, gaining a very
creditable and much deserved 5th position.
For the Miss Top Model UK competition she has been helped by a professional sponsor
for the competition: Triple H, a designer clothing outlet next to the
Canterbury Cathedral.
This competition has happened whilst studying Drama at the University of Kent,
leading a full and busy life there, including writing and directing student productions.
In August 2008 she is off to Berkeley, University of California,
for an EAP year abroad. She will also be training with the TVI Actors
studio whilst there, and will be show-casing with them to the top Agents
and Casting directors of Hollywood either in January or July 2009.
Then she intends to return to the UK to finish her Masters degree,
specialising in either Comedy or Directing.
