The weather was kind to all the people who turned out to support the Wivenhoe Society's call to clean up the river bank.

At the end of the clear up Wivenhoe Town Council grounds staff helped collect the rubbish and fill the skip at the Wivenhoe end of the trail. 

Chair Danny provided much welcomed soup at the end of the session, or rather helped to serve the soup prepared by his partner, Michelle.
