Clear-up
The fine weather tempted out about 48 Wivenhoe Society members and other public-spirited people to help clear rubbish from the river-bank and saltings upstream of the town. As usual, the skip was more than full by the end of the two-hour stint, with nearly 100 sacks, plus large items such as several tyres. Thanks to all who took part.
