Watercolour Challenge
Another
very successful Watercolour Challenge which was held in good
weather. There was a very high standard in the Adult classes, which were
given an excellent 'critique' of artwork by this year's Judge, Richard
Taylor. Tindalls of Colchester once again donated the prizes and Richard presented them. He also generously included two special Judge's prizes of his own work, a print of marine subject (adult )and a book, especially signed for the winner (Child) "How to Draw in a Weekend" an excellent choice. Dick tells me he now has 11 books to his credit! We had quite a good response to the Art Exhibition. A very good standard of work on show, good sales with commission to FOSM. Bill
