Feedham Court A vacancy has arisen for a new resident, or married couple, in one of our properties at Jonathan Feedham Court and the Trustees are now inviting applications from people wishing to live there. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge / diner. Residents make a weekly financial contribution of approximately £40 to the Housing Trust. The trustees are responsible for external maintenance and repairs. Under the terms of the charity relating to these
particular properties, applicants must be currently living within the
Parish of Wivenhoe, in housing need and with preference given to anyone
with family connections with the sea. Applicants may be single, or a
married couple. Residents must be able to take care of themselves without
