ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(2)

Temporary Closure of West Street Wivenhoe

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that from the date specified below, the Essex County Council has temporarily closed to all traffic under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, West Street , Wivenhoe from its junction with Bath Street to its junction with Quay Street . The closure is scheduled to start on 28 January 2008 for 5 days to facilitate the installation of new BT equipment.  

An alternative route is available via West Street , Station Road and High Street and vice versa.

Access to property will be maintained during the closure.
