Louise says "Even
though I have the power to issue fixed penalty tickets in the categories
above, I am reluctant to use them except as a last resort. My
attitude is prevention is better than cure! People should note
though that I can issue tickets and I’m not afraid to do so, especially
for the dog fouling culprits!!"
