Blossom & Berry is a
natural and holistic lifestyle company based in Wivenhoe which has
been created to promote gentle and natural nurturing for pregnancy,
babies and children. |
It is founded by Gayle Berry, an expert baby massage
and baby yoga instructor, massage therapist, author of “Baby Massage”,
and mum to three children.
Gayle trained as an instructor with the IAIM and
Birthlight and has taught baby massage to hundreds of parents. She is also
a lecturer at the Body Basics School of Body Therapy in London where she
teaches the baby massage, baby yoga, pregnancy massage and preschool
massage diplomas. Gayle works closely with Sure Start and with a number of
nurseries in the Colchester area. Gayle is passionate about baby massage
and giving parents and babies the opportunity to learn such a special
skill together.

Blossom & Berry baby massage and baby yoga classes
teach you how to use massage and yoga to help relax, bond with, and
have fun with your baby. The classes for toddlers combine massage,
yoga and sensory play to extend the benefits and fun. It is never
too late to start to learn massage and yoga with your child and
enjoy the wonderful benefits they have to offer.
