opens sister club in Colchester
This month sees the opening of a sister comedy club to
the hugely popular Wivenhoe Funny Farm.
Colchester Funny Farm at the Bull pub on Crouch Street, Colchester CO3 3ES
opens on Wednesday 17th October and features an excellent selection
of comedy acts.
Headliner is seasoned performer Sol
Bernstein - described by The Guardian as "One part Alf
Garnett, two parts Mel Brooks and three part like nothing else you have
heard...a great comic creation" and by The Independant as "an

The Bull has recently been transformed by new manager Dave Richards into a
pleasant venue offering a wide range of entertainments in it's function
room, plus quality food and a selection of beers and other drinks.
The Colchester Funny Farm is run by Hazel Humphreys and Tony Cowards who
have been organising the highly successful Wivenhoe Funny Farm comedy club
in Wivenhoe for over 2 years. We hope to provide the same combination of
high class comedians at an affordable price to comedy lovers in
Colchester.
