Frank Baker

Frank Baker, with his wife Gillian, moved to Wivenhoe from Durham in 2002.  They are both professional artists as well as teachers of drawing and painting.

Frank Baker trained in Fine Art at Falmouth School of Art and Sheffield Polytechnic. He has combined teaching, principally with the WEA, with producing his own work and has exhibited, amongst other venues, at the Hatton Gallery, Newcastle University, University of Northumbria Gallery and the Mappin Art Gallery in Sheffield.

He works mainly in oils and watercolours, undertakes commissions and runs a local art class.
