2006 - An Aladdin's Cave of work by local artists
A sensational collection of the best work by local artists and craftsmen is being exhibited by Pru Green and Elly Robinson at The Show Room in Park Road, Wivenhoe. This exhibition runs until Sunday 17th December. Pru Green has turned her home into an Aladdin's Cave full of superb items as bags, books, bracelets & brooches, ceramics, cushions,& collages, earrings, engravings & etchings, glass, hats, jewellery, lanterns & linocuts, monoprints, necklaces, paintings, pottery and prints, scarves and textiles. Over 20 artists and craftsmen have supplied items for sale. The Show Room is open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 11am until 5pm until Sunday 17th December 2006 (and by appointment - call Pru Green on 01206 827490).
