The Wivenhoe Encyclopedia

There are many opportunities for learning in Wivenhoe. This page attempts to highlight those opportunities. The information is as complete, up to date and accurate as possible.  Please   with any additions and updates.

Workers Education Association (WEA) arrange a course each Spring and Autumn for adults to attend. The Autumn 2006 course is about The English Civil War. See their home page in the Wivenhoe Encyclopedia - click here

The University of the Third Age (U3A) has several sections in Wivenhoe. Look for their entry in the Organisations list, click here  

Learn to dance with the Colne Bank School of Dancing. Regular classes for those who are reasonably young and fit. See their entry in the Organisations list - click here
